MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
Welcome to the mesobar Membership Program. These terms govern your participation in our Standard and VIP membership tiers. By enrolling, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Your membership includes automatic renewal. Please review the renewal terms carefully to understand billing schedules and cancellation procedures.
2. Membership eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to join. One membership is allowed per person, email address, and phone number. Memberships cannot be sold, transferred, or inherited.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. mesobar employees cannot enroll in membership programs, though their family members may participate.
3. Membership tiers and benefits
MESOBAR Membership provides ongoing access to preferred pricing, exclusive benefits, priority opportunities, and personalized treatment planning. Membership benefits are intended for the individual member and are non-transferable unless a specific benefit expressly states otherwise.
Standard Membership — $269/month
Standard Membership is designed for clients who make MESOBAR part of their ongoing aesthetic and skin-maintenance routine.
Standard Membership includes:
10% off eligible MESOBAR treatments and services
Access to complimentary member treatments, experiences, and seasonal benefits offered by MESOBAR throughout the membership year
Priority invitations to selected MESOBAR events, Beauty Weekends, launches, and special programs
Access to members-only pricing, promotions, and offers
Personalized treatment and skincare recommendations
Standard Membership is billed monthly in advance.
Complimentary treatments, seasonal benefits, and promotional offers may vary throughout the year and are determined by MESOBAR based on availability, clinical suitability, and the introduction of new treatments and technologies. They have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or account credit.
VIP Membership — $3,228/year
VIP Membership is MESOBAR's highest membership level, designed for clients seeking a more personalized relationship with the practice, priority access, enhanced privileges, and greater flexibility in planning their aesthetic care.
VIP Membership includes all Standard Membership benefits, plus:
$1,614 in MESOBAR Treatment Funds
Upon payment of the annual VIP Membership fee, an amount equal to 50% of the membership fee ($1,614) will be credited to the member's MESOBAR account as VIP Treatment Funds.
VIP Treatment Funds may be applied toward eligible MESOBAR treatments and services during the active membership year. Treatment Funds are not cash, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other cash-equivalent products. Unused Treatment Funds expire at the end of the applicable membership term unless otherwise required by law.
10% off eligible MESOBAR products
Complimentary delivery of eligible MESOBAR Bundles purchased through the MESOBAR Shop during the active VIP Membership term. Complimentary delivery applies to eligible destinations and orders as designated by MESOBAR.
VIP Priority Booking
VIP members receive preferred access to available appointment times and priority consideration for high-demand treatment dates. Priority status does not guarantee a particular provider, date, or appointment time.
WhatsApp VIP Concierge
VIP members receive access to MESOBAR's dedicated WhatsApp concierge for appointment coordination, treatment planning, product assistance, and general MESOBAR support.
The concierge service is not an emergency medical service and should not be used for urgent or life-threatening medical concerns.
Priority Access to New Treatments & Technologies
VIP members may receive advance or priority access to selected new MESOBAR technologies, procedures, protocols, product launches, and special programs before or alongside their general release.
Annual VIP Harmonization & Treatment Strategy Consultation
VIP Membership includes one comprehensive annual consultation focused on aesthetic priorities, facial harmonization, skin quality, and development of an individualized treatment strategy for the upcoming year.
VIP-Only Experiences
VIP members may receive access to exclusive events, private treatment opportunities, launches, Beauty Weekends, and other benefits offered throughout the year.
Complimentary Member Benefits
MESOBAR may provide VIP members with complimentary treatments, services, upgrades, products, or other benefits throughout the membership year. These benefits may change as MESOBAR introduces new technologies and protocols and are subject to availability and clinical suitability.
4. Payment and renewal
Your membership automatically renews unless you cancel. Standard memberships renew monthly, VIP memberships renew annually. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
If your payment fails, provide new payment information promptly to avoid cancellation. We may receive updated card information from your card issuer to process renewals.
Contact us at (310) 902-7074 or info@mesobar.com to cancel automatic renewal. Include "Cancel Auto Renew" in email subject lines.
5. Upgrades
Standard members can upgrade to VIP anytime. The upgrade fee equals $3,228 minus the amount already paid for Standard membership in the current annual term.
Upgrades don't extend your membership term. You pay only for the remaining time in your current term, with no prorated refunds for partial months.
6. Cancellation and refunds
All purchases are final unless you request a refund within seven days. Send refund requests to info@mesobar.com or speak with a manager.
Refunds return to your original payment method. If that card isn't available, we'll issue a mesobar gift card. After the seven-day period, your membership remains active through the current term.
7. Communications
By joining, you consent to receive emails, texts, and other communications from Mesobar. This includes program updates, exclusive offers, and transactional messages.
We'll use your provided contact information for all communications. Keep your email and phone number current to receive important updates.
To stop marketing communications, email info@mesobar.com. You'll still receive essential program messages.
8. Gift cards
Gift cards expire 360 days from issue date. They apply only to Mesobar services with no cash value.
If your service costs more than the gift card value, you pay the difference. Gift cards can be transferred to others at your discretion.
9. Program changes
Mesobar may modify membership terms, benefits, or fees at any time. Changes to fees apply after your current term ends.
We may also adjust program rules or terminate memberships for violations, fraud, or other justified reasons at our discretion.
10. Clinical Suitability & Benefit Substitution
All medical and aesthetic treatments remain subject to consultation, clinical assessment, contraindications, and provider approval.
If a particular complimentary treatment or membership benefit is not clinically appropriate for a member, a MESOBAR healthcare provider may, at MESOBAR's discretion, recommend an alternative benefit or treatment of comparable value.
Membership does not guarantee eligibility for any particular medical procedure.
11. Privacy and data
We track your purchase history, birthdate, and engagement to provide personalized offers and communications. This helps us deliver member benefits effectively.
Your payment information is securely stored using tokenization for future transactions. Our website uses cookies to enhance your experience and remember your preferences.
12. Liability
Mesobar and its affiliates aren't liable for delays or failures beyond our control. This includes natural disasters or service interruptions.
You're responsible for any taxes resulting from membership benefits. Consult your tax advisor about potential tax implications.
13. Termination
Mesobar reserves the right to terminate any membership program at any time. We may also end individual memberships for terms violations or fraudulent activity.
These terms supersede all previous membership agreements. If any provision conflicts with law, only that provision is void while others remain effective.
