MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to the mesobar Membership Program. These terms govern your participation in our Standard and VIP membership tiers. By enrolling, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Your membership includes automatic renewal. Please review the renewal terms carefully to understand billing schedules and cancellation procedures.

2. Membership eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to join. One membership is allowed per person, email address, and phone number. Memberships cannot be sold, transferred, or inherited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. mesobar employees cannot enroll in membership programs, though their family members may participate.

3. Membership tiers and benefits

Standard Membership costs $269 monthly, paid in advance. Benefits include a 10% discount on mesobar services, priority event invitations, and four annual treatments (two CELLIT and two LED).

VIP Membership costs $3,228 annually, paid in advance. Benefits include all Standard perks plus 10% off products, five additional annual treatments, WhatsApp medical concierge support, priority booking, and a $300 gift card valid for 360 days.

If certain treatments don't suit your needs, our healthcare providers can suggest alternatives of similar value after consultation.

4. Payment and renewal

Your membership automatically renews unless you cancel. Standard memberships renew monthly, VIP memberships renew annually. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

If your payment fails, provide new payment information promptly to avoid cancellation. We may receive updated card information from your card issuer to process renewals.

Contact us at (310) 902-7074 or info@mesobar.com to cancel automatic renewal. Include "Cancel Auto Renew" in email subject lines.

5. Upgrades

Standard members can upgrade to VIP anytime. The upgrade fee equals $3,228 minus the amount already paid for Standard membership in the current annual term.

Upgrades don't extend your membership term. You pay only for the remaining time in your current term, with no prorated refunds for partial months.

6. Cancellation and refunds

All purchases are final unless you request a refund within seven days. Send refund requests to info@mesobar.com or speak with a manager.

Refunds return to your original payment method. If that card isn't available, we'll issue a mesobar gift card. After the seven-day period, your membership remains active through the current term.

7. Communications

By joining, you consent to receive emails, texts, and other communications from mesobar. This includes program updates, exclusive offers, and transactional messages.

We'll use your provided contact information for all communications. Keep your email and phone number current to receive important updates.

To stop marketing communications, email info@mesobar.com. You'll still receive essential program messages.

8. Gift cards

Gift cards included with VIP membership expire 360 days from issue date. They apply only to mesobar services with no cash value.

If your service costs more than the gift card value, you pay the difference. Gift cards can be transferred to others at your discretion.

9. Program changes

mesobar may modify membership terms, benefits, or fees at any time. Changes to fees apply after your current term ends.

We may also adjust program rules or terminate memberships for violations, fraud, or other justified reasons at our discretion.

10. Privacy and data

We track your purchase history, birthdate, and engagement to provide personalized offers and communications. This helps us deliver member benefits effectively.

Your payment information is securely stored using tokenization for future transactions. Our website uses cookies to enhance your experience and remember your preferences.

11. Liability

mesobar and its affiliates aren't liable for delays or failures beyond our control. This includes natural disasters or service interruptions.

You're responsible for any taxes resulting from membership benefits. Consult your tax advisor about potential tax implications.

12. Termination

mesobar reserves the right to terminate any membership program at any time. We may also end individual memberships for terms violations or fraudulent activity.

These terms supersede all previous membership agreements. If any provision conflicts with law, only that provision is void while others remain effective.
